DELIVERYTIMES ART PRINTS

The Prints are printed and deliverd  through The Printspaye Company.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days and arrive within a week thereafter in the UK or Europe and in one to two weeks in North America. Other goals may vary (up to three weeks). You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.

DELIVERYTIMES ORIGINAL ART

The delivery time for original artworks is between 3 and 4 weeks. All orders use trackable and reliable shipping. You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as the order leaves.

SHIPPING FEE & PACKAGING ORIGINAL ART

The original artworks are all shipped safely and insured.

Shipping fee within the EU is €15-80 depending on package size.

Should damage occur, I will assume liability. Please contact me immediately.

 

RETURNS

I kindly ask you to notify me via email (hello@kosi-is.com) should you wish to return any purchased items, print or original art within 14 days from receiving the goods. 

Returns will only be accepted when all items in question are returned in perfect condition. You bear the costs of the return shipment. 

 

Widerrufsrecht

Du hast das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag an dem Du oder ein von Dir benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Dein Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, musst Du bitte mir am liebsten per E-Mail an hello@kosi-is.com (oder per Post an Franziska Narzinski c/o Postflex #5426Emsdettener Str. 1048268 Greven oder Tel.: 0179118608) mittels einer Eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post  E-Mail oder Briefpost) über Deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu Widerrufen, informieren.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Du die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absendest
